In case an agreement has been reached to cancel the services and one of the contract terms allows for a refund.
Cancellation Policy
You cannot cancel your registration in any of our services after subscribing to them, except in the following cases:
- Upgrade to a Higher Tier: If you wish to subscribe to a course in a higher tier than your current one, you can contact us to upgrade to the higher tier.
Please contact our support team to complete the cancellation process in the aforementioned cases.
